Gorgeous Art Nouveau bronze - Bowl with putti - signed Milo

This gorgeous Art Nouveau bronze bowl is richly decorated with cute little putti, who look inside the bowl. The bronze container itself is decorated with female nude reliefs on both sides. The women on the bronze relief stretch out and seem tempting and seductive, while reed and plants grow around them. The bowl that is shaped like a bathtub can be used for various purposes. The pretty bronze sculpture in Art Nouveau style is made of 100% bronze and contains the signature of its sculptor Milo.

As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.

This piece of Art Nouveau was made by the Portuguese sculptor and artist Milo, who was born as Miguel Fernando Lopez in Lisbon in 1955. He studied in the capital of Portugal sculpture and art and is interested in Modern Art, animal and nude sculptures. Today he works as a freelance artist throughout Europe and we are glad that he also works regularly for our foundry. He enjoys relaxing together with his wife in his beautiful house in Lisbon.
