Beautiful bronze owl seated on a branch sculpture created by Milo

This stunning bronze figure is the perfect effigy of an owl, sitting on a branch. The stunningly accurate and life-like cast was designed by Milo. Using a very naturalistic design for both the nocturnal hunter's plumage as well as the branch it is sitting on, Milo makes this sculpture a real eye-catcher in every collection of animal sculptures. The high rectangular marble base, which bears the artist's signature, adds an interesting contradiction to the naturally designed owl.

As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively manufactured with the help of lost-wax casting.

This bronze figure of a sitting owl was designed by the talented sculptor Milo (Miguel Fernando Lopez), who focused his work on creating modern artworks, nude sculptures and stunning animal figures. As a freelance artist,  Milo has been working for us for a long time, becoming a well-known artist during the last years. His sculptures are impressive art objects with a high recognition effect. An owl, like the one Milo created, is a very intelligent animal that belongs to the family of birds. Owls live on almost every continent except the Arctic. Their favourite preys  are mice, frogs, bugs and fishes. Because of their physiognomy many legends and myth surround the interesting animals.. In ancient Greece people thought the shout of an owl is a herald of bad luck and disaster.
