This is one of famous busts, portraying the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. It is cast of 100% bronze and signed by the renowned founder. As typical of Gladenbeck’s works, this bust applies simple linings but perfectly reflects the looks of Mozart. The socket is adorned with various engravings of instruments and leaves. This bust perfectly fits into every collection of famous peoples’ portraits and meets very high expectations.
As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.
Thefamous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozartwas born on January 27, 1756 in Salzburg and died on December 5, 1791 in Vienna. Even when applying today’s standards, one must call Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart a prodigy: already at the age of 5 did he compose his first music pieces. Only 2 years later, in 1763, after he had already performed several times, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart went on his first tour. And the extraordinary kept on accompanying this artist throughout his entire life – over 600 compositions are ascribed to him.
