This bronze sculpture of a golfer swinging his golf club is full of dynamics and hope. Will he hit the hole - or will he miss? This beautifully designed masterpiece was created and signed by the Portuguese artist Milo. It is made of 100% bronze and set on a very elegant marble base. The richly embodied details in this sports sculpture are a real treat for the observer’s eye: the countless creases in the golfer’s shirt as well as the passionate facial expression truly are signs of Milo’s expertise.

As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.

This sculpture was created by the modern artist Milo (short form of Miguel Vernando Lopez), who lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. Ever since his youth, this exceptional artist longed to perfect his works – and he has succeeded. Today, Milo is known all over Europe for his various animal sculptures as well as modern-art figures. Milo has a wife and three children with whom he lives in a house in Lisbon.
