Lady Justice is the personification of the judicial system and the so-called moral face. The goddess is discussing the law while her eyes are covered with a blindfold. She is also holding a sword to execute the law and a scale to evaluate the case  and she is always speaking her judgement "in dubio pro reo". This scentence is known as her guiding sentence.
