The cubistic bronze panther is a high-quality reproduction of Duvernet’s impressive animal figure. With the green patina the cubist panther cuts a fine figure especially outdoors. Despite the understated, abstract design, the viewer gets an idea of the dynamics and power that lies within the predator. Duvernet's expressive animal sculpture suggests animalistic strength and physical superiority. The massive marble enhances the lofty pose of the panther. The sculpture includes the signature of the original statue.

All of our sculptures are also suited for the laying-out in a garden area, where they get a typical bronze patina caused by weather over time. In the garden Duvernets Panther cuts a good figure and can be fixed due to the marble base.

As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.

The French artist Duvernet has made a name for himself primarily for his bronze sculptures. His creative period falls mainly in the 1920s and 1930s. Besides animal sculptures Duvernet was far more interested in the three-dimensional illustration of people in athletic positions. His most important sculptures includes the "Dancer With Three Rings", which is also available as a museum quality cast in our shop.
